Anxiety and Panic Attacks are disorders affecting as many as 5% of all adults. The fear of having a panic/anxiety attack in a situation where escape is thought to be difficult can be debilitating. The Anxiety/Panic Program offers skills for coping with anxiety/panic attacks, techniques to overcome fears, and assistance in increasing ones self-esteem and overcoming the original insecurity. Graduated homework assignments allow you to apply the newly acquired skills. The Anxiety/Panic Program offers support for recovery, as well as incentive for doing the homework between sessions.

Interested persons schedule an initial 45 minute individual appointment to discuss the process and feasibility of their participation. The Real Solution Anxiety/Panic Program is most useful for those willing to honestly examine and recognize the consequences of their anxiety/panic problem.
- Individual Program: 12 sessions, each lasting 45 minutes.
- Workbook: designed for use with the Individual program but can be used separately. The Workbook contains all of the Skills and Concepts, exercises, and homework assignments used in The Anxiety/Panic Individual Program.
